Solo and four-player co-op adventuring in the D&D universeYou don't need 20-sided dice for this Dungeons & Dragons adventure. Atari and Bedlam Games' third-person, co-op action-RPG, D&D Daggerdale, is set for launch tomorrow on Xbox Live and at retail for Windows PCs.
Whether you're going it solo or partnering with up to three other adventurers online, Daggerdale offers an "authentic D&D experience," according to Bedlam Games, with its DNA forged in the Dungeons & Dragons 4th Edition.
The rundown from Atari:
Dungeons & Dragons Daggerdale centers on the desperate struggle to defeat the evil Rezlus and his Zhentarim in their attempt to invade and conquer the Dalelands. Players are charged with the task of restoring order to Nentir Vale by unlocking the secrets of the Mines of Tethyamar, defeating the evil within the treacherous Tower of the Void, leading to the final confrontation with Rezlus himself.
D&D Daggerdale is also headed to PlayStation Network on May 31.
